Shipping Policy
-$20 flat fee for shipping nationally in Australia
- Flat fee of $20 for up to 10 items, if an order surpasses 10 items, a new order will have to be placed
- Ship using Australia Post (parcels are not insured and do not come with tracking number, but in the case of a lost parcel we would replace the item and resend for free.)
- We do ship to PO boxes in Australia
- We only ship inside Australia and not internationally.
- Delivery will take approx. 5 working days depending on location of shipment
Refund Policy
- No returns for change of mind, only if the item is faulty
- We would offer a replacement (gift card) in this stage not a refund
