To help share the load and show our appreciation for supporting small business, we charge a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping anywhere in Australia.
Please double check your shipping details are correct. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address, an additional cost for redelivery will be charged accordingly.

In studio pick up
In studio pick up is available Tuesdays & Thursdays 12pm – 7:30pm, Saturdays 8:30am – 3:30pm
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
At the time of collection you will need to present a copy of your confirmation, either in a screen shot or print out form.
We will happily refund or exchange any products that are deemed faulty due to shipping or manufacturing. If you find your product is faulty in any way, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it, we may ask you to send us photos of your faulty product/s. Where deemed faulty, we will ask you to you send back the faulty product at our cost and a new product will be sent to you free of charge.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on our products if you simply change your mind.
